Dark Clan Sumo Practice starts Saturday, Sept 5th!

In preparation for the upcoming Consulates Cup, Dark Clan Fight Lab is now including a Wednesday and Saturday sumo practice, beginning on Sept 5th! For our first Saturday practice, we will have special guest, Justin Kizzart, founder of 

Dark Circle Sumo Club

! Justin will be sharing his knowledge and answering questions regarding the rules and regulations for the upcoming tournament.

Saturday 12:15PM - 1:15PM
Wednesday, 7:15PM - 8PM

We are limiting our capacity to 30 people. Attire is shorts/tights, with rash guard (optional), and a jiu-jitsu belt (if no mawashi). Please wear a mask. If you are interested in participating in Saturday trainings, please email info@darkclanfightlab.com for further information.
